Returns Process.

Return Shipping.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items [ over $40 ]

Restocking Fee.

A restocking Fee of 15% of the product price and shipping cost, will be deducted from the return amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items.

Refunds.
